Phone Case Warranty

Every Hikawa Case purchase comes with a one year warranty. Warranty begins day case is received case by purchaser, not shipped date. 

Warranty includes: Broken cases, discolored cases, and/or any other manufacturing issues that may cause your phone case not to work properly.

Some exclusions and restrictions apply: 

*Replacement cases under warranty are replaced only for the same size iPhone case. For example if you need a replacement 12 Pro case because your case broke, we are happy to give you a new 12 Pro case. We cannot replace your case with a new size iPhone.

*Replacement cases are replaced with the same colorway originally purchased. Some exclusions apply: we may not make that style anymore or have discontinued colors for other reasons. If that is the case, you will be able to choose a new color way offered.
