If damage occurrs during normal everyday wear, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to troubleshoot or send you a new product.
We only accept returns for store credit or product exchanges. We are a small business and hope this can change in the future as we grow.
We will happily replace and exchange any damaged or defective merchandise in a timely manner.
For exchanges, we offer direct exchanges within the first 15 days of purchase. Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 15 days of purchase.
If you purchase a "pre-order" item, we will write you personally to confirm your purchase and give you an estimate on item availability.
